Delivery + Exchange Policy

Delivery
We deliver to Australian addresses only via Australia Post or courier (5–10 working days)*
*Please note: During peak sale times deliveries may take longer to arrive. Allow an extra 7 working days for delays.

A proof of delivery signature is required on all deliveries and parcels will usually be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection if no one is available to sign.

Postage Charges
Standard Delivery within Australia:

FREE for any order over AUD70.00
AUD8.95 per order less than AUD70.00

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned and received in unworn condition, in the original box, with the original invoice, within 30 days of the order date, to receive a full refund in the original form of payment.

(Returns policy does not apply to in-store purchases as customers have the opportunity to try on the products.)

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another, you may return it within 30 days from the original purchase date by filling out the exchange instructions on the bottom of the shipping invoice and posting the items back to us.

Items must be returned and received unworn, in the original box, with the original invoice, within 30 days of the order date.

First exchange is free. A $8.95 fee will be incurred for shipping your return or exchange merchandise thereafter.
